Lean and mean: By keep­ing our over­heads low and our core team small and skilled we have the flex­i­bil­ity and cost advan­tages to deliver the sup­port new and grow­ing ven­tures need to suc­ceed. You  shouldn’t foot the bill for a lav­ish office or over­paid account man­ager; and at StartUP Mar­ket­ing you never will.

2 ) Proven results: The major­ity of com­pa­nies we’ve helped didn’t pre­vi­ously exist before their part­ner­ship with StartUP Mar­ket­ing. Our abil­ity to help our clients refine their offer­ing, value propo­si­tion and develop ways to engage their intended audi­ence reaps results.

3 ) Strate­gists, not sales­peo­ple: Too many mar­ket­ing con­sul­tan­cies and adver­tis­ing agen­cies open pro­ceed­ings with: “What’s your bud­get?” and then sell the client any ser­vices that fit within that bud­get. StartUP Mar­ket­ing waits. We ana­lyze our clients’ require­ments and sub­mit a detailed pro­posal out­lin­ing our rec­om­men­da­tions, flat fees and ratio­nale for each rec­om­men­da­tion. It is up to each client how lit­tle, or how much of our project they adopt and implement.

4 ) Research and refine­ment: If we don’t like a clients’ idea or project, they’ll be the first to know. How­ever, our feed­back is geared to be con­struc­tive and to help the entre­pre­neur refine their prod­uct and offer­ing. Our expe­ri­ence in New Prod­uct Devel­op­ment and com­mit­ment to mar­ket research, com­peti­tor analy­sis, and brand strat­egy helps us make informed rec­om­men­da­tions as to where our clients can find space to compete.

5 ) Entre­pre­neurs, not cor­po­rates: Our con­sul­tants, free­lancers and part­ners are not cor­po­rates from large firm back­grounds. They’re small busi­ness peo­ple, highly accus­tomed to get­ting results with min­i­mal resources. They’ll work with you to develop the vision, goals, strate­gies and tac­tics to help your busi­ness get results.
