StartUP Mar­ket­ing work closely with entre­pre­neurs to help them refine their value propo­si­tion and develop a story that engages and appeals to their intended audience.

This isn’t always easy. Many entre­pre­neurs feel their prod­uct or ven­ture is “the first of it’s kind” and inher­ently news­wor­thy. Whilst this may be true in some instances, most new busi­nesses need to cre­ate a unique and com­pelling story that cre­ates inter­est among jour­nal­ists, blog­gers, edi­tors and their audiences.

How­ever, StartUP Mar­ket­ing do not offer PR rep­re­sen­ta­tion ser­vices. PR is a rela­tion­ship dri­ven game and we’re firmly of the opin­ion that our client, the entre­pre­neur is the best per­son to build rela­tion­ships with the media.

Our ser­vices are designed to pre­pare our clients to become their own chief PR offi­cer and include:

  • Work­shop to learn about our clients new ven­ture or brand, and iden­tify areas of inter­est to develop, and begin craft­ing a “story.”
  • Iden­ti­fy­ing rel­e­vant pub­li­ca­tions, blogs, jour­nal­ists and edi­tors for our client to build rela­tion­ships with and obtain­ing rel­e­vant con­tact details.
  • Writ­ing and edit­ing a sin­gle or series of press releases to sup­ply to media per­sonal iden­ti­fied above.
  • Devel­op­ing a unique expe­ri­ence for engag­ing jour­nal­ists and rel­e­vant media per­son­nel to assist in gen­er­at­ing publicity.
