StartUP Marketing was founded by Andrew in 2009, with Aulay joining the team in late 2010. Andrew is based in Melbourne and Aulay in the Gold Coast, which enables StartUP Marketing to service Melbourne and Brisbane clients, with semi-regular trips to visit Sydney clients. Andrew predominantly works with clients on marketing, strategy and capital raising whilst Aulay leads product development and digital strategy. Andrew and Aulay work with partners across legal, finance, graphic design and recruitment to assist clients get further, faster.

Andrew Birt
Founder & Marketing StrategistMarketer and founder. Andrew advises startups on marketing strategy and business development and teaches marketing at Melbourne University. In 2010 he founded the startup job board Snowballer.com.au and was profiled in a number of publications including Wealth Creator Magazine. Andrew is a Monash marketing graduate and current MEI candidate at Swinburne University.
Aulay Macaulay
Chief Technical OfficerEntrepreneur. Founder of JustRosters.com.au, Marvel Internet Group and CTO of StartUP Marketing. I’m a passionate believer in building fast, launching early, getting feedback, iterate, repeat. The only mistake you can make is to wait. My days are centered around action: Relating, replying, fixing and finishing. I also like to weave the beach and my bike into the week; to keep things in perspective.
