Capital Raising Workshop
It’s often said there are many more investors willing to invest, than there are good startups to invest in. We thoroughly believe this, and this workshop has been designed to fill part of that gap, by assisting Australian startups on the path to becoming investor ready. Over the past two years we’ve been building relationships with Angel Investors, Private Investors, and Platforms such as ASSOB and Wholesale Investor. These contacts and experience have taught us a great deal about raising funds in Australia, which we readily share in this 2 hour workshop.
In this one-on-one workshop you will learn:
- What investors look for in an early-stage internet company.
- The typical terms Australian early-stage investors offer.
- Documentation and materials needed to raise capital.
- How to demonstrate traction, and room for further growth.
- How to build out an advisory board to add weight to your team.
- How to find the right investor for your startup.
- When you are wasting your time trying to fund raise.
- Dilution, equity splits and vesting schedules.
